Cascriva Ltd is a fast growing company in the import sector of vegetables and fruits. The company seeks a candidate to cover the position of Sales Executive.
Job description:
Improve sales of existing customers
Actively increase customer acquisition and engagement
Accomplish sales targets
Identification of weaknesses to develop continual improvement plans to overcome identified deficiencies
Be the point of communication between the customers and the company
Use the available data to deliver regular sales and progress reports to the Directors
Develop strong relationships with all company areas to maximize sales
Face to face meetings with customers and potential customers
Call customers to take daily orders
Scheduling and overall delivery
Reception of goods through the year
A successful candidate will have:
Excellent communication skills
Flexible and used to working within a fast-paced environment
Confidence and professionalism
Ideally from a produce/food background
Working knowledge of a commercial approach including category management, customer portfolio, range, revenue and profit management
Sales and customer focused background in delivering results
Ability to build relationships that offer value for the customer and for Cascriva
An understanding of the retail environment
Able to work under your own initiative
Results driven
Confident
Can do attitude
This role will involve some travel so a full driving licence is required
